  • Consolidate data at a central location using our new Central Reporter application.  We've incorporated production and frequency statistics into the data to create store comparison reports that give you an instant analysis of the productivity and profitability of your stores or groups of stores on one page.  
  • Using the award winning Symbol Phaser Memory Scanner, you can scan bar codes in both corded and un-corded modes for racking invoices,  performing physical inventories or route deliveries.  Unique 2-in-1 design eliminates the need to purchase an additional scanner for a station.  Connecting and disconnecting the scanner's cable automatically changes the scanner's mode from POS station scanning to remote batch scanning.  While batch scanning, over 12,000 invoices or Location/Invoice pairs can be saved within the scanner's memory for download.  Custom Phaser Series software automatically verifies what was scanned and gives you the ability to review all data using arrow keys on the scanner.  
  • Uses Windows 32-bit graphical interface.  Utilizes Microsoft's COM and ActiveX technologies, combined with the power and proven reliability of the Microsoft SQL Server relational database.  Fabricare Manager's Client/Server design is stable and efficient even in the most demanding store environments today.  The system can be run on a single computer or easily scale up to large networks of computers.   SQL Server can store large bases of data to refer back to for years into the future.  Further, SQL Server can perform database backups, optimizations and other tasks automatically for you at scheduled times, even while the system runs.
  • Integrates easily with Microsoft Word, Excel, and other Office products.  Setup database queries to retrieve data for mailing lists, merge printed letters, mailing labels, postcards, etc.  Design your own letters, labels and even reports all within Word or any other word processor that queries Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Integrated payment software approves credit cards and debit cards automatically at cash out.  Approve using direct modem dial out or if extremely busy, use the internet to approve cards almost instantly.  Requires the installation of a third party payment server to perform the approvals and settlements with your card processor.  There are no limits to the number of networked cash out stations that can perform the approvals.
  • Two ways to maintain customers on account.  Easily specify which customers will be billed a particular method.  Customers assigned statement billing are sent statements at the end of a billing period.  Customers assigned credit card billing maintain their card number on file (signature on file) to have charges against their account approved daily, weekly or monthly in subtotaled batches.  Like cash out, credit card billing requires the installation of the same third party payment software.  Perform both cash out and credit card billing using the same payment server.
  • Workload metering.  Instantly determine if drycleaning and laundry workload is nearing capacity for today and the next 5 days using graphic meters.  Three meters allow you to view daily piece workload capacity, work orders not invoiced and invoices not completed totaled and graphed by due date for both drycleaning and laundry.
  • Thermal printers for fast, quiet printing of invoices, tags, receipts and small reports.  Forms include work orders, invoices, fetch slips, sales receipts and credit card agreement receipts.  Quick reports allow employees to view and print their time cards, list work orders to be invoiced by due date as well as list Invoices in production to be assembled and racked by due date from any network station.
  • Advanced Route Delivery option.  Perform deliveries, returns and bill out all orders sent out on routes.  Define truck drivers assigned to routes along with day or days of week delivery occurs.  Use our "stop locator" to quickly position new customer stops.  Automatically bill out entire routes with the simple push of a button. 
  • Customer claim history and monitoring.  Monitor claims of individual customers using any date range you choose; day, week, month, quarter, custom.  Tracks paid claims, store credits given customers.
  • Expansive Pricing Model.  Setup your price list or price lists to be simple or complex based on your needs.  For each price list define services, garments, upcharge groups, merchandise, service fees, coupons and discounts.  Multi-Price List capable with features that allow you to easily clone entire price lists and assign them to individual customers or groups of customers such as as hotels or other wholesale businesses.  Automatic price increase and decrease feature allows you to increase or decrease price list items automatically by amount or percentage with rounding to the nearest nickel.
  • Advanced valet customer capabilities.  Create hotel or wholesale B2B customers easily.  Once setup, create and detail invoices with valet ticket number, guest name and hotel room references.  Print valet billing summaries and statements with included detail.
  • Coupon analysis.  Analyze coupon history of any customer, new customers, coupon type, employee who chose it.  Select using any date range you choose; day, week, month, quarter, custom.
  • Over 75 management reports with report filters to specify the exact data you want.  Our custom report viewer features table of contents, zoom and the ability to print any page range in your reports.  You can output to your screen, LaserJet or Desk jet printers, Acrobat reader .PDF files or  rich text files used by Windows word processors.   Some of our built-in reports include:

  • Employee security and access controls allow you to set individual employee access to menus, functions and reports.
  • Prints permafiber paper tags for any designated service while invoicing.  Using thermal printers, prints on thermal transfer ribbons for clean print impression and low supply cost.
  • Prints bar coded permanent labels for shirts or any other item while invoicing.  Price your garment once and then heat seal in the bar coded label.  Afterwards, never describe or price the garment again.  Simply scan the garment if it passes through again later.  Customers like this feature since their shirts are always consistently serviced the same way.  Cleaners like it because pricing is quicker, identification is automatic and savings are realized from a real no-waste method.
  • Frequent cleaner marketing program.  Customers accumulate sales points and receive coupons at a pre-defined point level.
  • General ledger chart of accounts.  Define, group and subtotal sales Income and sales expense items.  Track cash, A/R, work in-process and finished goods assets as well as customer and sales tax liabilities.  Produce earnings statement and balance sheet by selectable date ranges.  Allows for estimation of cost of goods sold.
  • Lot Control.  Assign services to a lot counter to determine the number of pieces or tickets invoiced so far.  A message displays when a lot has completed.  Simple to setup with start, end and current counts for both Lot number sequence and piece/ticket  number sequence within Lot.
